I've been a fan of Chris Blessing (Mdrn~Mrvls) for a while now. He recently developed his own military peace keeping theme called the International Defense Collaborative, and I'm hooked.

First off, the IDC vehicles use a color scheme of yellow and light bluish-grey. This sounds like a weird combo for a military theme, but it works surprisingly well, as seen here:
